I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were weird at first, but turned out to be really nice. I especially liked the pool and bar a lot. As an elite member, I must say the rooms are quite well appointed with modern decor, which was a pleasant surprise.
The hotel had a weird room setup with a large bath area and lots of lighting. The integrated bathroom didn't offer much privacy or silence for sharing. Despite that, the room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, helping me get a good night's rest even with jet lag.
The hotel rooms were spacious and luxurious, clean, and funky. I really enjoyed the spotless condition of the rooms and particularly liked the pool and bar. However, the hotel is a bit disappointing compared to other luxury hotels in Bogotá.
Arriving at the hotel at 10 pm, I found the rooms clean and comfortable but without the requested night-time setup. The staff, though, was very attentive and friendly, offering to refund both rooms for the error and securing us a dinner reservation in a busy local establishment. The location is great for shopping and dining but not ideal for sightseeing due to traffic. The dining experience was delicious with varied options, especially the breakfast menu. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor inconveniences.
